 It’s almost a surreal feeling to walk around the corner and get your first look at the Colosseum in person. You can watch all the documentaries made about Rome and the glory of it’s heyday but it just doesn’t hit you in the face like it does when you look up and there it is. Rome was the center of the universe for 1,000 years and still to this day has the preserved monuments and art to back it up. Although we could go on and on about Rome all day we also can’t get enough of the beautiful Tuscan Countryside. All those paintings that you have seen over the years of the rolling hills, vineyards and old world villas of Italy are all in Tuscany. We will make this gorgeous area our home base for a good portion of the tour. Finally we wind up the Tour in the piazzas and canals of the worlds most romantic city, Venice.
Most other tours just offer a few hours of their drive-by sightseeing on your first day and then leave you to fend for yourself. We chauffeur, guide, chaperone and get you out and involved in each every sight and attraction on our itineraries. |
